Refund policy
Due to the fact that we are selling food, coffee, and consumable products, we do not accept any returns.
Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns on handmade pottery items. If the item has a flaw or is damaged shipping please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Gift cards are non-refundable, no exceptions.
Exchanges
No food or coffee or coffee products are eligible for return or exchange. If we have sent you the incorrect item, please contact us immediately. No returns on pottery or handmade products. Due to variations in computer/phone monitor colorations, we cannot guarantee the color of any item to match your screen color. We do our best to color match our products over 2 screens, but variations will occur.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
No food or coffee or coffee products are eligible for return or exchange. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
If you happen to qualify for a refund and it is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
